Shipping

1. The delivery of the Product is available within the territory of the Republic of Poland.

2. The delivery of the Product to the Client is subject to a fee, unless the Sales Agreement states otherwise. The costs of delivery of the Product (including fees for transportation, delivery, and postal services) are indicated to the Client on the pages of the Online Store in the information tab regarding delivery costs, as well as during the process of placing an Order, including at the moment of expressing the Client's will to be bound by the Sales Agreement.

3. Personal pickup of the Product by the Client is free of charge.

4. The Seller provides the following methods of delivery or pickup of the Product to the Client:

4.1. Postal shipment, cash on delivery postal shipment.

4.2. Courier shipment, cash on delivery courier shipment.

4.3. "Paczka w Ruchu" shipment for pickup at a selected kiosk of the RUCH network.

4.4. Parcel locker shipment.

4.5. Personal pickup available at the following address: ul. Neptuna 15, 59-220 Legnica - on business days, from 08:00 to 16:00.

5. The delivery time of the Product to the Client is up to 7 business days, unless a shorter time is indicated in the description of the given Product or during the process of placing an Order. In the case of Products with different delivery times, the delivery time is the longest indicated time, which cannot exceed 7 business days.Working days. The beginning of the delivery period for the Product to the Customer is counted as follows: 5.1. In case of the Customer choosing payment by bank transfer, electronic payment or credit card - from the day of crediting the Seller's bank account or settlement account. 5.2. In case of the Customer choosing cash on delivery - from the day of concluding the Sales Agreement. 6. The readiness date of the Product for pickup by the Customer - in case of the Customer choosing personal pickup of the Product, the Product will be ready for pickup within 7 Working Days, unless a shorter period is specified in the description of the Product or during placing the Order. In case of Products with different readiness dates for pickup, the longest specified date will be considered, but it cannot exceed 7 Working Days. The Customer will be additionally informed by the Seller about the readiness of the Product for pickup. The beginning of the readiness period for the Product for pickup by the Customer is counted as follows: 6.1. In case of the Customer choosing payment by bank transfer, electronic payment or credit card - from the day of crediting the Seller's bank account or settlement account. 6.2. In case of the Customer choosing cash on delivery for personal pickup - from the day of concluding the Sales Agreement.
